Raphinha took his goal tally for the season to 32 goals with his goal against Inter in the Champions League during the week, it wasn’t enough to guide Barcelona through to the final, but the former Leeds winger has been sensational for Hansi Flick’s side all season and has produced some standout performances against Real Madrid already this campaign. 

He’s had 40 shots on target across his 32 appearances in La Liga this season (1.43 per 90) and has found the target in four of his last five appearances in the Spanish top-flight. 

Raphinha has registered five goal contributions against Real Madrid this season (three goals, two assists) and has found the target at least once in each of Barcelona’s three games against Real Madrid this season. Barcelona have scored more goals at home than any other side in LaL iga this term (46) and will be encouraged by the fact that the Real Madrid backline is missing key personnel.

Vinicus Jr has committed a foul in two of the three head-to-head meetings between Barcelona and Real Madrid this season. He’s picked up a yellow card on both occasions where he committed a foul and has a solid fouls record across the season as a whole.

Vinicius Jr has committed 27 fouls across his 28 appearances in La Liga this season, 23 of these have been starts taking his average to 1.14 fouls committed per 90. He’s picked up eight yellow cards and one red card in La Liga this campaign which is more than any other Real Madrid player, highlighting his tendency to overstep the mark.

Vinicius Jr may not be too bothered by his opposing full back but he will play on the left hand side which means he’ll have to keep an eye on Lamine Yamal, who was fouled seven times in Barcelona’s defeat to Inter in the Champions League during the week. Yamal is averaging 1.94 fouls won per 90 and could demand attention from Vinicius Jr to stop him having a free run at Fran Gracia who struggled to contain the 17-year-old in the most recent meeting. 

Barcelona have already got the better of Real Madrid on three occasions this season. Their first victory over Los Blancos was a 4-0 win at the Bernabeu. 

They followed this up with another convincing 5-2 victory in the Super Cup before wrapping up another trophy by beating Real Madrid 3-2 in the Copa Del Rey final after extra time. Real Madrid’s campaign has become sour in recent weeks with Carlo Ancellotti’s side crashing out of the Champions League to Arsenal and missing out on the cup. 

As well as Barcelona’s dominant record against Real Madrid this season, the Real backline has been injury struck all season and still has notable absentees. Antonio Rudiger, Dani Carvajal, David Alaba, Ferland Mendy and Eder Militao are all injured for this game leaving a beleaguered and inexperienced Real Madrid backline to deal with one of the most lethal attacking lines in Europe. 

Barcelona’s goalscoring power should be enough for them to beat Real Madrid for the fourth time this season and effectively wrap up the La Liga title. Barcelona have won 13 of their 17 home games this season and have scored more goals at home than any other side in La Liga (46) which could be decisive against a Los Blancos side that has plenty of important defenders missing.

Lamine Yamal already has a solid claim to be labelled the best footballer in the world despite only being 17 years old. His performance across two legs of Barcelona’s Champions League semi-final against Inter showcased his quality, scoring in the first leg and being so closely marked in the second leg that he was brought down seven times - not without Yamal completing 14 dribbles as well as having five shots on target. 

Yamal has provided a goal contribution in all three head-to-head meetings between the sides this season, showing that he’s been producing the level of performance we saw midweek all season. He’s registered 35 goal contributions across the season as a whole (15 goals, 20 assists) and doesn't tend to shy away from the big occasions as we’ve already seen through his performances in the Super Cup and Copa Del Rey finals.

Bellingham has cut a really frustrated figure at times this season as the campaign hasn’t quite gone to plan for Los Blancos. He committed two fouls in the most recent meeting between the sides and was also shown a yellow card. 

He also committed two fouls in the initial league meeting between the sides at the Bernabeu. He is likely to continue to be frustrated here given the current state of these two sides which can contribute to his foul numbers. Bellingham is averaging 1.17 fouls committed per 90 in La Liga this season.

Bellingham has collected four yellow cards and one red card in La Liga this season. If Real Madrid are unable to get a foothold in this game and keep their title hopes alive, we are likely to see a reaction from the Real Madrid players which should put them in the limelight of the referee. Bellingham has been cautioned in his last two matches.

The attacking power of Barcelona is undeniable. They are the top scorers in La Liga this season with 91 goals across their 34 domestic matches, the next top scorers in the division are Real Madrid with 69 goals - a gap of 22 goals which may just end up being the difference in this title decider. 

Real Madrid are missing key personnel from their backline which will only further encourage Barcelona to take the game to them. 46 of Barcelona’s goals have come at home this season which is another table topping metric in La Liga this campaign. 

Real Madrid have conceded 2+ goals in all three meetings between these sides this season which reinforces the narrative that they will struggle to keep this Barcelona attack at bay, especially with the players they are missing at the back.
