Saturday's Premier League Streaks Bet Builder Tips

Fixtures for: Saturday 10th May

Fulham v Everton

15:00

Everton to have 3+ Shots on Target

Fulham’s backline has been quite nervy all season. Marco Silva’s side have only kept five clean sheets in the Premier League this campaign - only the three relegated sides have kept fewer.

They’ve conceded 3+ shots on target to their opponents in each of their last five Premier League games. Everton managed five shots on target in the initial meeting, which suggests that the Toffees can trouble this Fulham backline.

Everton are averaging 3.6 shots on target per game in the Premier League this season so we’re looking for them to match their average across the season here, which looks plausible considering Fulham’s recent vulnerabilities.

Ipswich v Brentford

15:00

Ipswich to have 3+ Shots on Target

Ipswich will be fighting for pride alone here with the Tractor Boys already relegated to the Championship. They’ve been quite disappointing at Portman Road this season when compared with pre-season expectations. Kieran McKenna’s side have only won one of their games at home this season, only Southampton have a worse record at home in the top flight.

However, they have shown plenty of promise in these fixtures even if they haven’t quite managed to come away with a positive result. They line up against a Brentford side here that has conceded 3+ shots on target in each of their last five Premier League matches.

Ipswich had five shots on target and actually managed to score three goals in the initial meeting between the sides at the Gtech Community Stadium. They can replicate that tally here in front of a home crowd that will want to relish their last few games in the top flight.

Southampton v Man City

15:00

Over 0.5 Man City Cards

On paper, this should be quite a straightforward win for Man City. Southampton are already relegated from the Premier League, while the visitors need all three points to ensure that they secure a place in the Champions League next season.

Southampton haven’t been strong in many areas this season, but one aspect which has followed them throughout the season is an ability to win fouls - the Saints rank in the top five in the Premier League for fouls won and have drawn a card from the opposition in each of their last five Premier League matches.

City were shown a card in the initial meeting between these sides at the Etihad, which suggests that even though this will be a one sided affair, there should still be opportunities for Man City to pick up a caution or two.

Wolves v Brighton

15:00

Both Teams to Score

This should be a really competitive game. Wolves tasted defeat for the first time in eight games with their 1-0 loss to Man City last time out, they were still competitive in the game but missed that clinical edge which would have earned them a point or more at the Etihad. It was also the first time in 13 games in which Wolves have failed to score.

Brighton have seen BTTS in each of their last five games in the Premier League, only managing to win one of these games. Fabian Hurzeler’s attacking style is admirable but often gives the opposition opportunities to get at the Brighton backline as we can see from their recent tendency to see goals at both ends of the pitch.

The initial meeting between these sides ended in a 2-2 draw which mirrors the level of entertainment we should expect here. Both sides registered xG’s in excess of 1.0 (1.31-1.36) which suggests that we should get chances at both ends, both sides ended up having 6+ shots on target in the fixture.

Bournemouth v Aston Villa

17:30

Over 1.5 Bournemouth Cards

Bournemouth have received 2+ cards in each of their last five Premier League games, also committing at least 10 fouls in each of these games. They committed 14 fouls in the initial meeting between these sides at Villa Park, picking up six cards in the process.

Bournemouth have received 90 yellow cards in the Premier League this season (2.57 per 90) - only Chelsea (94) have collected more cautions than the Cherries in the Premier League this season.
