I am very active within the FPL community and run a monthly meet called FPL EDINBURGH meets. We get together, watch the games and meet the person behind the twitter handle. I also run a podcast called @_TheDoublePivot chatting football matchups and how that translates into FPL picks - I have also been a guest on many other FPL shows. I love F1 fantasy, keeping fit, and spending time with family.

Top Gameweek 36 Differentials (<15%)

🇩🇪 Kevin Schade – Brentford (£5.1m, 1%)

15 points in GW35. Only his third double-digit haul for the season. Many tripled up on Brentford for the plum fixture against a much changed Man Utd team, but most went the route of two attackers and Flekken; only 1% opted to go for the winger, so well done if that was you. Great remaining fixtures with relegated Ipswich up next, then onto Fulham and Wolves.

Added extra with his selection is he is also an enabler. If Haaland is fit, most will require funds for the move and at only £5.1m, Schade is cheap but also able to score highly. Last time out against Ipswich, the Bees scored four. If they repeat this feat, I expect Schade to be involved in the majority of attacking returns…. Possibly it's three returns in a row for him?!

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Jarrod Bowen – West Ham (£7.7m, 11%)

Three goals in three games, he just keeps ticking over. 28 points in three games is a fantastic return for such a low owned player, and I can see him continuing that trend. 10 goals, 10 assists and a goal involvement of 0.49 per 90 minutes, Bowen is the main threat at West Ham. I included him in my Transfers in section and personally brought him in, and though this week he was demoted to the differential picks, I still recommend his inclusion for your team.

With our FT’s running out, he is good enough to keep for the rest of the season. Playing Ipswich in the last game of the season(GW38) could pay dividends, as normally he finishes most seasons scoring highly. When he scores, he tends to return 10 points, so with a brace, you should be looking at 20+ points. Very underrated pick.

🇧🇪 Kevin De Bruyne - Man City (£9.5m, 9.3%)

After a man of the match performance in GW32 and then two blanks, KDB returns to score the match winner against Wolves and score another double-digit (11pts). Southampton (Away) is up next, and they are even worse at home. Conceding 45 goals over 17 games, giving them a goal difference of 33, the scoreline could be embarrassing. That’s a ridiculous 2.64 goals per game.

Man City are finishing the season strongly, trying to pip Arsenal to that 2nd place in the league. Scoring two goals in three of their last four away matches has ominous signs that they will score and remember that was without Erling Haaland. This is the last opportunity ever to own the KDB/Haaland partnership that returned so well in previous seasons. Perhaps it’s a perfect time to own him and rekindle those fond memories of a perfect Haaland finish from a KDB assist, as this is his last season in FPL.

🇬🇼 Beto – Everton (£4.8m, 3.2%)

Ok, Ok, it’s not the most exciting transfer in, but any forward playing Southampton before the end of the season must be considered. At first glance, he doesn’t score often with many one or two pointers, but actually Beto has scored seven goals from 12 starts. With Everton moving stadiums next season, this is the last home game ever at Goodison, and David Moyes will want to go out with a bang.

Already relegated, Southampton, I think, will be overwhelmed by the occasion, and as has been the case this season, it’ll be a tough watch for the fans. Beto is a patchy player, and after scoring against Ipswich, I think he is currently in a good streak. The Saints always concede to a central playing forward and I think Beto picks up at least one and possibly even two or three. This 3% owned player could be more valuable than first meets the eye.

🇧🇷 Murillo - Nottingham Forest (£4.8m, 5.2%)

What a player this young Brazilian has been, potentially the best of the season. Though the Premier League is notoriously hard to settle in, after being bought for just £12m from Corinthians, he has settled in expertly. The Nottingham Forest defence has been key in their performance this year, and Murillo has been at the heart of it. Still competing for this year’s Champions League spots and with the easiest run-in of any top-six team, I expect him to pick up two or potentially even three clean sheets.

The Chelsea fixture on the last day of the season could also be another six points in the bag, as I expect Forest to be a fortress, as it has been this season. If you don’t own any defensive Forest assets, then ensure you have at least one, if not two. I’m fairly confident he comes in for me alongside Milenkovic this GW. He even pops up with a goal every now and then.
