Tyler Adams has been doing all the dirty work for Bournemouth this season, he’s the designated destroyer in the Bournemouth side and his foul and card numbers this season reflect the role he’s being asked to play. Adams has been booked in each of his last two Premier League matches.

It would be an exaggeration to say that United are downing tools in the league but it is certainly far from the priority, something which was confirmed by Ruben Amorim in a recent interview, so it would be a surprise if United were to field a strong line up here. 

Bournemouth do need a boost to end the season strongly, they’ve recovered slightly in recent weeks from a difficult period of the season - avoiding defeat in their last three games against West Ham, Fulham and Crystal Palace. The Cherries have won seven of their 16 games at the Vitality Stadium this season and can suffocate opposition sides with their intense pressing structure.

Bournemouth are undefeated in their last three head-to-head meetings against Man United, winning two of these encounters. Andoni Iraola’s side have a lot more to fight for compared to United, who have only won four of their 16 trips away from Old Trafford this season.
